We're pleased to inform you that the technical issues with the phone in the boardroom have been fully addressed. The phone now functions correctly and should no longer sporadically reject your inputs. All future conference calls and meetings can now run smoothly and without interruptions. Should you encounter any further issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to IT support.

Additionally, the Assets team has recently completed an inventory review and discovered several old Mac computers that are available for use. As we prepare to onboard new interns, please ensure during induction they are given a choice between Mac and our standard PC setups. This will allow them to work with the system they are most comfortable with, enhancing their productivity and integration into our workflow.
